The Estate’s flagship wine, embodying the complexity of our terroir and expressing its identity to the full. The fruit of meticulously selected grapes from hillside vineyards with optimal exposure and a medium-textured skeletal soil with a sandy-clayey matrix.

A single varietal Syrah, matured for 18m months, which represents the union between history and territory. Only the very best grapes are selected from the Estate’s highest altitude, low yield vineyard marked by gravelly soil with a good skeletal content. Limited, numbered edition.

A hymn to Sangiovese grape. Single variety winemaking using selected indigenous yeasts, and harvesting the best grapes from the Polissena Vineyard. Situated at 350 a.s.l. on the slopes of Mount
Pratomagno, with optimal exposure and major variations in day and night temperatures.

The encounter between an international and a native variety results in a structured, wellbalanced wine which perfectly interprets the territory and the company’s philosophy. The fully ripened grapes are hand-harvested into crates. Blending follows separate vinification and ageing.

With its onion peel colour and its fruity aroma, Rosé del Borro is perfect for every occasion. Is light colour is obtained thanks to a very reduced contact with the skins, in order to keep intact its freshness and minerality.
