Borrorosa, or Borro pink, is the colour of the wine, the same that can be seen at dawn over the Sangiovese vineyards to the east of the Estate. The early-ripening grapes are hand-harvested.

A vivid onion peel that almost turns into salmon pink.
Fruity, with striking aromas of sour and marasca cherries. Alluring notes of strawberries and raspberries melt with delicate hints of officinal herbs and cyclamen.

Lamelle
IGT Toscana Bianco 2024 - 0,75 lt
Lamelle was the first white wine produced by the estate. The metamorphic origin of the soil, rich in seashell fossils, allows it to express at its best all its complexity and acidity.
Bolle di Borro
Spumante Rosé Bolle di Borro 2018 - 0,75 lt
A wine which combines experience and winemaking research. Vinification off the skins of the best early-harvested Sangiovese grapes. The vineyard’s good exposure, major variations in day and night temperatures and slow ripening ensure freshness, good acidity and the right sugar content.
