A vibrant and well-refined sparkling wine.
A bright, pale straw-yellow.
To the nose, it has a pleasing sharpness, with fresh flowers aromas balanced by a smooth hint of bread crust.
The perlage is subtle and well-balanced, with a refreshing acidity that leaves the mouth clean.

Lamelle

Lamelle was the first white wine produced by the estate. The metamorphic origin of the soil, rich in seashell fossils, allows it to express at its best all its complexity and acidity.
Borrorosa Preview 2025
IGT Toscana Rosato 2025 - Sangiovese - 0,75 lt
Borrorosa, or Borro pink, is the colour of the wine, the same that can be seen at dawn over the Sangiovese vineyards to the east of the Estate. The early-ripening grapes are hand-harvested.
