Brunello Vigna Pinino is a cru obtained solely from the selection of the homonymous vineyard, nestled in the historical heart of the property. The wine has a deep, intense ruby red colour. Elegant and refined both in the nose and in the mouth, it features notes of red fruits such as cherries, black cherries, redcurrants and raspberries, that are enhanced and not drown out by the wood.

WINEMAKING PROCESS AND AGING Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, on-skin maceration from 18 to 25 days, at least 30 months of aging in oak barrels and barriques.

Once the vines for the Riserva have been selected, the best grapes from the two pedoclimatic areas are used for Brunello. The wine is an intense ruby red, in which aromas of blackberries and plums blend with hints of spices. In the mouth it’s velvety, full-bodied and smooth.
Valdarno di Sopra Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 - 0,75 lt
Nitrito is a rare single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon, organic and produced from a single vineyard in Valdarno di Sopra, cultivated with draft horses according to a sustainable viticultural philosophy. Elegant and deeply rooted in its territory, it stands out for its distinctive profile: fresh and mineral, with a refined savory vein that is an unmistakable expression of the Valdarno.
Balsamic notes, dark fruit, spices and alpine herbs lead to a powerful yet harmonious palate, with silky tannins and a long, persistent finish. A niche wine, produced in extremely limited quantities, for those seeking an authentic, exclusive and elegant experience.
