PININO - Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2020

Brunello Vigna Pinino is obtained solely from the selection of the homonymous vineyard, nestled in the historical heart of the property. The wine has a deep, intense ruby red colour. Elegant and refined both in the nose and in the mouth, it features notes of red fruits such as cherries, black cherries, redcurrants and raspberries, that are enhanced and not drown out by the wood.

The Estate’s flagship wine, embodying the complexity of our terroir and expressing its identity to the full. The fruit of meticulously selected grapes from hillside vineyards with optimal exposure and a medium-textured skeletal soil with a sandy-clayey matrix.

Golden green in color, rich, with floral intensity and a strong taste: this is the blend that best captures the essence of Il Borro.

On the nose, it presents an intense floral bouquet, with fresh herbal aromas and hints of fresh almond.

On the palate, it confirms the aromatic notes perceived by the nose: a light almond at first, followed by a pronounced flavor with hints of artichoke. A gentle spicy note adds structure to the oil. Harmonious, complex, and perfectly balanced.
