Nitrito 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine produced from a vineyard worked with draft horses, a choice that reflects a respectful approach to the land and its natural rhythms.

The name refers to the horse’s neigh, a subtle sound that accompanies life in the countryside and work among the vines.

It is aged for two years in French oak barriques and one year in bottle, following a slow and natural path of evolution. The result is a wine of great character and elegance, with aromas of ripe dark fruits, fine spices, and delicate balsamic notes, supported by a savoury, mineral structure and velvety tannins.

Produced in limited quantities and intended as a collectible wine, it is conceived as a refined gift for Father’s Day.
