Golden-green in colour, rich and intensely floral, with a bold flavour, this blend best embodies the essence of Il Borro. On the nose, it reveals an intense floral bouquet, complemented by fresh herbaceous aromas and delicate notes of fresh almond. On the palate, it confirms the aromatic notes perceived on the nose: a subtle hint of almond at first, followed by a bold flavour with notes of artichoke. A gentle peppery finish lends structure to the oil.
